Nasty Tee's is a print-on-demand apparel store based in Hampton, NH. We offer original spoonerism-themed designs printed on apparel. By accessing or purchasing from nastytees.net, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
All products are made to order. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print processes. Product images are representative of the final product.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders include a non-refundable $5 mockup fee. For Customize This Design and Build From Scratch, the garment charge is collected after mockup approval and the customer’s selected garment is confirmed.
For Upgrade My Garment, the $5 mockup fee and selected garment cost are paid upfront. There is no approval step after checkout, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded after submission. If the selected garment color conflicts with the design, we will contact you about a workable replacement color.
4. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Nasty Tee's and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nasty Tee's is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
