At Nasty Tee's, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen display differences
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
