Made to Order

Our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners. Production and delivery timing can vary by product, destination, and selected service.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery dates are calculated based on the product, fulfillment profile, destination, and shipping service selected. The available options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International shipping availability and rates vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Custom Orders

For Customize This Design and Build From Scratch, production begins after you approve the mockup and complete the garment payment.

For Upgrade My Garment, the $5 mockup fee and selected garment cost are paid upfront. There is no approval step after checkout. The order moves toward production after submission, and we may contact you if the selected garment color conflicts with the design.
